Suffering is something most of us share. My own journey has included divorce, bankruptcy, separation from my children, death of a loved one, dependency, shame, failure, and moments when I wanted to give up. These experiences were painful — and they were also profound teachers.Growth did not happen all at once. It came slowly, through reflection, support, and a willingness to see things differently. Service is now an important part of my path because I know how isolating struggle can feel, and how powerful it is to be met with understanding.The mentors and guides who influenced me were not people who avoided hardship — they were people who moved through it and grew wiser. What I share in my work comes from lived experience and practical tools that helped me rebuild clarity, self-trust, and direction.I believe our experience of life is shaped by how we see it. Enneagram
Translates directly from Greek as "figure of nine". The Enneagram is a dynamic system of self-understanding that describes nine core personality patterns, each shaped by underlying motivations, fears, and coping strategies. Rather than placing you in a box, it reveals the unconscious patterns that drive behavior and influence relationships. By bringing awareness to these patterns, the Enneagram becomes a powerful tool for growth — helping you move beyond automatic reactions and toward greater balance, compassion, and authenticity.There are many other typing tools from astrology, gene keys, etc. As a 9, Aries, 17, Reflector, my first word was, "Moon!" Approach with skepticism, but it was an impactful experience I had not heard of until recently.
Psy

A sanskrit phrase meaning “not this, not that,” is a practice of self-inquiry rooted in Eastern contemplative tradition. It invites you to gently question every identity, thought, and emotion you assume yourself to be. By recognizing what you are not, you begin to uncover a deeper awareness beneath roles, reactions, and conditioning. NDE
Near-death experiences (NDEs) are profound events reported by individuals who have come close to death or experienced clinical crisis.
